Actually, anyone who has over 2,500 probably doesn't have to hear "'Round Midnight" ever again—unless, of course, they really want to. With volume comes choices.

I just counted 601. That's between Vinyl/CD/SACD/Mp3/FLAC. That's actually a lot less than I thought. It seems like I have a lot, but I guess not. The thing I love about jazz is: most of my music is by people who we have all heard of (Coltane, Davis, Monk, Adderley, Weather Report, Brown, Rollins, etc).

In excess of 560, with several new albums added weekly. Just never get around to doing another stock count.

I love jazz, I have my whole life, but as a poor university student I can only afford to fit into the 11 to 50 category for now. That said, I hope to upgrade that when I have some money to spend on it. I really love Lionel Hampton, he's who I currently find myself turning to most often, especially the album he did with Dexter Gordon, a very good album if you ask me.

I clicked on 101-250 but it's probably a lot more than that, now that I think about it. I'd say closer to 400 or 500.
