I recently bought a reZERO and have tried using both the adapters (the big block one and the skinny one) on my ipod. The problem is, that when they rotate while plugged in, my sound starts fluctuating (one ear will turn off, etc). Even the slightest movements cause this in both adapters. If I plug in the earphones without any adapter, I can only hear out of one ear (but I'm guessing this is normal).

Are there any replacement adapters I can get or something?

Have you tried cleaning the 3.5mm plug on the RE-ZERO?

I would contact Head Direct CS to see if they can provide you an adapter.

I tried cleaning the plugs and it didnt really do the trick. Like the sound is fine when my ipod is on my desk or something but when its in my pocket while im walking, it sort of sounds like a radio station that hasnt correctly been tuned in
