No idea because they're a popular online source - probably give them a call.
From your city (in your profile) they're 30 minutes away

Thanks, Sheldaze!

Just spoke with them, They're out of stock, and they are also an online retailer with no brick and mortar store. Did anyone purchase off of Quantum Wireless on Amazon? Do you recommend them?

Thanks for the info on cables guys. I think I will go with a hybrid cable, silver plated copper; it's going to be spendy.. new home office design after the wife's messing with desk and av cabinet options is going to require a 10' run.

I would talk with the dealers who support Head-Fi first like Todd the Vinyl Junkie or Moon Audio. Todd has provided loaner programs to Head-Fiers and even had someone steal the HE 1000 loaner pair.

Stealing the loaner pair................that he loaned you for free................wow.

Happened before, supposed to be the reason for the deposit in the HEK beta program.

I haven't done any A-B comparisons with other DACs, but the Arcam irDAC works very well in that capacity, in my setup.

Dunno why I didn't reply, but good to know. I'll definitely consider it.

Sorry, got that at the end of my post, should have just deleted it...
Tempted by the Mojo myself, though it wouldn't be useful in my current bedside setup, which uses the Pono as source, which doesn't do digital out.

No worries. What do you mean? You can't connect the pono player to the mojo?

If you consider the Arcam irDAC, I highly recommend the eBay route. There's a seller in Italy - brand new with warranty.
It was good for the last D-S DAC I ever bought.

Pono has line out, allowing you to use an external amp, but no digital out, allowing an external dac. The dx90(and others) allow digital out. (makes them a transport)

What does that mean? What is a DS DAC?

Not sure what I can say in a non-science thread. You would be buying a DAC in the Arcam irDAC that uses a commercial off the shelf (COTS) chip that any company can go out and buy. I think it's a great deal for a DAC costing $300-450 dollars. Was really just trying to make sure you did not go out and pay full retail for the irDAC, which I believe was around $700 at one time.

If however you were going up in price, which isn't unreasonable for an AMP costing more than $1000, I would recommend something else for the DAC.

I've also listened to the Pono in my system using line-out - it's quite good! And it fits into the $300-450 price too
