I love HifiMan gear and am generally not negative where I can help it, but I can save you all a lot of bother. I heard these at the recent Shanghai Audio Show and I hated them. My regular listening choices include the Ananda and the Nighthawks so it's not like I'm "reference" all the way, but these were really unpleasant. Driven by Fiio M11 balanced out.

that would be very disappointing, as the original R10 are great and hifiman paying homage to them and redoing them is really cool.
