I am selling a pair of Focus Pads (non-A version) in the classified section; they are in excellent condition and have seen very little use. I thought I'd chime in since I saw some interest in pads.

Anyone tried the Audeze leather pads with the 500s? I love the vegans, but they can get a bit dirty over time - I cleaned mine fairly easily with a wet rag though. I'm curious if the leather could be even better than the vegans, I'm going to order some one of these days.

Just ordered the ZMF Omni pads in lambskin after asking for @zach915m's recommendation.

Now the torture of waiting for them to arrive, haha.

Will leave my impressions compared to stock velour, focus pads (a) when I can sit down and enjoy them.

Where should i order it..??
From hifiman website is it bro..??
Anyone selling it here?
He560 headband.?

Regards,
Jonathan

They do not sell it piece by piece, you have to contact them through email and ask them to purchase the headband assembly.

their customer service email: customerservice@hifiman.com

should be around 50$ for just the headband assembly.  If you want earcups as well its probably around 80$, however requires much more modifying.

edit:  just want to let you know their shipping is extremely fast.  They use DHL international.  it arrived to my doorstep from hong kong to california in 2 business days.

good luck.

That thread should answer your question regarding how to do the swap.  You have to punch the screw out and widen the hole with a small file or a drill with sanding bit which is what I did.  Be careful though.

Hello,

i have a question.
can i use the new micro jacks on my Hifiman He-500 on which i always used the screw in connectors without modifying my He-500?

If someone can answer please do so it's rather urgent.

As far as I know, you can't.

The HE500 only accept the screwed connectors...
