My HE-X just got his new Silver Cable from DHC (with 2,5mm bal A&K termination). I believe I hear more impact and sharper sound. But may be.... It is the Placebo effect .
Anyway, the Cable looks stuning
And I have 3 adapters to connect to 3,5mm; 6,5mm and XLR bal.
how much this cable cost?
thx
980 $ for the 4 foot DHC Molecule Elite Headphone Cable - (OCC silver litz (Tier 3, 4) 8-wire pure Silver Peptide OCC litz) PLUS the 3 adapters (3,5mm; 6,5mm; XLR).

Can't stress the comfort part enough. I've owened a few Audezes and couldn't wear them more than 30 mins, the Edition X are night and day difference in comfort for me. Can wear them for hours at a time and I personally think they sound better then the Audeze 2,3,X that I previously owened.

+1. Exactly same for me. I sold my LCD-X just because It was too heavy and "clamping", and now enjoy the confort of my HE-X.

The hex does not get enough love because you can reach its top end with the mojo
I think people feel that if the spend $2000 on amps it should scale up
I compared them to the 800s and kept the hex because of its hypnotic sound
