Home made battery. Replacing old cells with new ones.

Thanks for the information! That is a good playing time! My old and original battery lasts for 4 hours and I was thinking of changing it to a new lithium battery.
Was the process easy, just changing and soldering the new batteries on the battery case and that's it? How do you charge the new battery?

the original charger that came with the hifiman 801
The battery lasts me 3 hours but pushes the battery cover up
I do not hide
Little space you need to focus and have chemistry for soldering
You get rid of electronics from the battery
You solder aluminum and chrome
Do not replace if the battery is not swollen, the thick one does not lift the battery cover Not worth it . 4 hours is ok A lot of work and you can regret if the process fails I abide and advise against Well, if he played 2 hours, I'd replace it Regards I do not recommend I destroyed one set of batteries It only worked the second time

thanks for your information, that is good to know that it is not easy! I will let the original battery then. I am ok with the running time as I only use the player sporadically.
