So besides the PEQ (which is the apparent star of this 1.40 update) is there any further impressions when it comes to system/hardware performance and bugfixes? I'm still in 1.20 and didn't update due to the comments in this thread having a not as great experience (that didn't require a factory reset at least).

Can someone please direct me to the latest fw update? I can't seem to find the downloadable file. My wifi is not behaving properly.

Hi, you have to go to System and then Systemupdate.
And then you click “check version”.
I had to click more times until it showed me the newest update.
Greetings

I was curious what do volume regulator numbers mean. The result is:

- from 0 to 40 - each tick is about 1dB
- from 40 to 50 - each tick is about 0.7 dB
- from 50 to 100 - each tick is about 0.5 dB

Thanks for that but I was actually looking for the file to download so I can install the update manually. My piece won't connect to the wifi for some odd reason. I've been looking and the only thing I've found was how to update via wifi but no physical file to download.

I guess the question was where to get fw file when OTA is impossible. This links doesn't provide such file.
Ah yes I just noticed there I'd no download file

Ah, ya. Now I understand. It seems there is no direct download available on the Hiby website.

It’s strange that your device couldn’t be connected to the Wifi.
Was it ever connected?
