Fantastic. Thank you both. But man, their case pricing is all over the map. $15 for green, $30 for brown, $66 for the "New R6" brown one with the flap.

Does yours look like the one they have on the site here, but with button cut outs?

Or more like the one that BobbyTBrown has, with the flap?

It's the one that BobbyTBrown has with the flap.

Awesome, thanks. I guess I'll order the $30 one and hope your version is what shows up...

Hmmmmm.

Early bird orders got the green case, which is certainly nicer than the clear plastic case. It’s secure enough etc

But I’m pretty certain they advertised the free case as worth £66 which puts in the the much nicer looking BobbyTBrown bracket.

It really doesn't look like the $30 one is the one that we have. If you can stretch to it, I'd order the $66 one as it has the cut out that you want is a really nice, secure case.
Oh I see. I misunderstood, I thought you were saying you ordered the standard brown case but what showed up was similar/same as the $66 one. But I agree with you guys that stretching for the $66 one, or coming around to the green aesthetic is the better option. Thanks again y’all.

You are not alone @corgifall

The whole experience is very good, well worth its price point. I have become more and more fan of well implemented ESS chips, before I was always AKM for all my gear.

Is anyone else having difficulty downloading the new FW? I keep getting "currently there is no network", yet I am able to stream from Amazon Music and Radio Paradise just fine.

It can often take some time after a new FW is released before it can be easily downloaded by anyone at anytime (more often there is a traffic jam in the first hours / days after a new update)

But, is your device showing as being able to go online according to the symbols up top? Or is it a case of it showing as offline but being able to access the 'net for most apps regardless?

I'm in the UK and my device found and downloaded the update as soon as I initiated the update check. The installation of the update took a few minutes.

It seems like you have WiFi access as you're able to stream - maybe try again in a couple of hours when there might be less 'traffic'.

It`s online @Joe Bloggs . I can access the google store and also browse the web with no problem. It does manage to acknowledge that there is a new version available "1.11_20230310-1937", which would also suggest it is online I think? It is when I click on "download" that I get the error.

Is there an option for FW file location to download from a link?
