R6 is M6 Pro and M11 pro competitor.
It’s looks very interesting comparing to Kann Alpha on paper.

Thanks. From what I understand it doesn't come with a protective case in the box, so I hope HiBy makes one available for sale at launch.

Maybe it will have a TPU case like R5.
Anyway R6 looks amazing 😍

Yep, sorry. My bad. Already fixed. It was absolute noise floor
If those numbers are correct, and I'm not quite sure what they mean relative to anything else, then this player is going to be very quiet indeed. The R6 Pro is already super quiet with my IEMs.

Any info on when this model will go on sale? The website says November but seems more like an aspiration than a statement of fact.
It will definitely go on sale in China in early November
It's depending on how many stock available (after the first week?) for global sales.

BTW, Hiby is offering a leather case for the new R6 for physical stores as launch gift in China, wonder will it be available for overseas (online? local dealerships?)

Read this thread up to here. Maybe I missed it. What is the USA price?

Anyone seen any specs for the OI of the new R6 yet? Both 4.4 and 3.5 if you have them?

No but I am betting no issue there and under 1ohm, Hiby has learned since the original R6 :)

The next and most important question will be how they've tuned it. Will it be closer to the R6 Pro's slightly warmer sound, or the R8's slightly cooler (compared to the R6 Pro) sound - or somewhere in-between. We'll know soon enough...
