Hello!
Im looking to buy a pair of closed headphones that are all round in terms of music genre. I dont have any kind of amplifier so im going to use the headphones mainly on my ipod. Its also important that they come with a case and/or are foldable. My price range is up to 120$.Ive looked at two pairs already that i liked:
Sennheiser HD 380 PRO
Shure SRH440

Are they any good together with an ipod? If not what do you recomennd?

Noontec Zoro's sound incredible in their price range (~$75).  They have a -slight- accentuated and tight bass but sound really clear and exciting even coming out of a iPod; they are what I use for my main portable headphone.  They fit your description pretty well actually haha.  Here is a full review at innerfidelity if you wanna learn more: http://www.innerfidelity.com/content/inexpensive-and-terrific-noontec-zoro

I have not listened to those other headphones you listed so I'll let someone else answer that.

The Sony XB800, Klipsch Image ONE, Harmen Kardon CL are recommended and they serve all genres music pretty good.

Am I the only one who instantly started singing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t8MeE8Ik4Y upon reading the title of the thread?
