Hi !
I am using these Soundmagic E10C for a while now, until yesterday while walking the wires got struck in door knob and got pulled really hard that the left side speaker came out of the casing (yes, the earphones didn't left my ears
).
The solder joints were perfectly intact that I even didn't noticed it broke until I plugged it next time.
At first I thought about getting repaired in warrenty, but then I watched a video,
I tried to push the speaker back in casing.
It didn't went in first, but later after applying good amount of force it went in perfectly.
Now the problem is, the sound is unbalanced, the left side ones lost all the bass and I guess a bit of loudness too (not 100% sure about loudness).
So I don't understand if it is the wires or something else. Can it be repaired ? If yes then what needs to be repaired.
Thanks
