I love this very much, Basically you could see it is a CMOY, using Valve soldering technique technique to build, It is a work of ART, At least to me. !!!!

Wow, I didn't notice that the first time around. Didn't even see the opamp, or the jacks for that matter... all I saw were some caps and resistors and thought it was just an ornament made from spare parts.
