My HD555's are lacking in the bass department.. and this was expected when I bought them, but now I am looking for another pair of cans with a lot of bass for when I listen to my harder stuff, like classic rock, rap, hip hop, etc. Any suggestions? I'd rather have closed ones, and my budget is around $100. (I guess I'm still not to the point where I will spend a ton on audio gear haha)

I'd say Shure SRH750DJ when it's on sale, that or (here it comes) AudioTechnica ATH M50. The former has a more refined and controlled bass, while the latter delivers a punchier and slightly wilder bass. Their mids and trebles are similar.
