Headphones on a budget

Hi Guys
I am replacing my panasonic htf 600 they were great basically I am looking for decent bass and just good overall sound quality.
I am not sure where to even start to search so i will start here
All thoughts appreciated

For that budget, my recommendation for sub-$100 headphones would be the Philips Citiscape Uptowns:

Open or closed?  If you're okay with open, the Superlux HD-681 EVO are really nice and only $40. The current ones should come with a set of velour pads as well as pleather (at least my order from Amazon did).
 
The DJ100 are closed and also $40 right now, which is a bargain. They aren't bass-heavy, but the bass is nice. They do react better with an amp, and the uncomfortable earpads should be replaced right away.
