hi Justin, I got a question about the life time warranty, I was wondering if the warranty will work If the product was purchased 2nd hand? are you keeping track of the first 250 units serial number and owner address, and ship it back to the original owner after the repair? Also I was wondering how much will a battery replacement cost? What's the average lifetime of the rechargeable battery?
