I can see that many members have requested to add into the queue list (including myself). So far I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgement from you. Is the pre-order list already closed? Or you are just waiting to clear the current batch before taking new orders? Are you keeping track of the new orders or we have to pm you again when you are ready for new orders?

the unit works fine but it sounds/feels like something is loose inside, and i hear it moving around.
is this normal?

The same here. The unit looks and sounds great, but it appears that there is something loose inside. I hope that Justin will address our concerns soon. Thanks.
