I don't whether this can help, but I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. If you email me your pre-order list spreadsheet - or whatever document you have that keeps tracks of your orders, shipments...) I can transform it into a PDF and email it back for you to post (provided I have an application that can print it).

I just made a big purchase to start building a home rig, and my wallet is in intensive care for the time being. Thus, I am canceling my order for the Pico. I was spot #289.
