Hey Justin,

Please put me down for a pico with dac. This is exactly what I am looking for. From hearing your previous amps and talking to you about the design, I feel very confident that the pico is something truly special.

EDIT: I will take a black pico with dac and a 3ft USB cable

Update on the Pico...

If you've pre-ordered with the USB DAC, you have a choice of 1ft, 3ft, or 6ft USB cable.

Colors - black, gunmetal gray, and bronze will be the standard colors.

Let me know your choices on the cable and color here, or by PM or email. You can wait to see the final pictures before picking the color, but I want to get enough of a response so I know what % to order in each color

Personalization - I'm waiting to hear back from the laser engraver on what it would cost, as an option, to add engraving of a name. It would be either on the bottom of the amp, or on the back panel, if it can fit. Would there be any interest in this?

Are the black and gunmetal grey the same finishes that you had on the AE-2?

Just remembered I have some questions about the Pico, though they're more like general questions for amps/dacs...

1- you can use the power adapter to power it and not just charge the battery right? And there would be no performance difference?

2- About Pico + other amps, I know you said it'd be bad to chain ones, but what about those processors with dolby headphone? they take a 5.1 signal and make it surround for headphones, they usually have amps in them.... Same as ipods too, and a PC sound card. I mean whatever I'll connect the Pico to it probably has an amp itself.

3- speaking of sound cards, I'll be getting a creative x-fi soon and was wondering if it'd make a difference to connect headphones/pico directly to the card or this small unit that came with my logitech speakers that has sound/bass control and a small headphone port... I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not but thought I'd ask.

Thanks for answering any of these.
