I will only speak of what i own/owned
HD600-accurate and intimate does everything well..
HD650-Warm and intimate, fantastic mids, and an addictive tone..
HE-400 Expansive instrument separation, crisp and a bit dark at the same time, excellent bass layering, probably the most "fun" of the mentioned.
HE-500 A refined version of the HE-400 that does everything well, not the fun factor of the HE-400 but very close, best treble response I have heard as of yet.
What are you after in your listening experience?

HD 598 - Natural, balanced , top of the line soundstage and imaging, addictive mids

The hd-598 is a good can for the price, but not on the same levels as the others listed. Fearless1 gave a good general description of each, and I agree with him.

actually i got the hd650 now, but wondering if i should buy hd600, many said that they love the hd600 more than hd650
