Chillout and enjoy the music. Your setup is fine. Maybe pickup a discrete DAC if you see a good deal. I don't know tubes personally.

I recommend the Musiland Monitor US 02. It is an excellent sounding DAC among other things.

 I would read up on some tube rolling options for your tube amp. From everything I've read, rolling tubes can make a huge difference in sound signatures, so educate yourself on everything tubes for your amp. That includes which ones work in your amp, which ones sound good with the cans you have, and also where to buy those tubes at reasonable prices. You can move on to other options after you get some decent tubes. Enjoy your new amp!

I'd buy some better tubes. I'm using the CV4010 and a pair of Russian 6C19's with my 332 (which is supposed to be very similar to the 3322) and it sounds great with the HD650s.

Then a decent DAC.
Don't go OTT on cables... far better to spend money on music.

I bought the DV3322 from someone here on head-fi and it "comes with Svet's power tubes and WE 403b's."
 
Not sure if these are the best as I haven't had a chance to research tubes yet.
