They are literally the same headphone in all ways except aesthetics.
I liked the SR850 better, strictly for looks. But again, they are literally the same headphone, same driver housing, everything, just different headband style.
The lower the Ohm rating, the easier headphones are to drive, best for portable devices, mp3 player, cell phones, cheaper sound cards, etc.
Higher Ohm's can make really good quality sound, but need better quality source, like a headphone amplifier, high end sound card, stereo receiver, etc.
56-Ohm is still in the lower Ohm range, 100 to 250-Ohm is were you need/want at least a decent source.
250 to 600-Ohm headphone really need a good source.
You can get really great sounding headphones with low Ohm's, but that like $200 plus dollars.
