You might have a capacitor problem on the chain. Had this problem on my HP Amp.

Sorry, but I accidentally copied my language in the translator.

I do not use the volume on the DAC, it is set to FIXED.

Caps are all over...Like the suggestion of the previous poster. Change to RCA/SE output if it helps.

I guess time to claim warranty/repair if available. Contact Gustard support and your dealer where you bought it.

I already wrote that I have Gustard R26 24 days after the warranty, so it is more than 2 years old. Do you think it is worth sending the DAC for repair directly to the Gustard company? I have about 10,000 miles on it.

Yes of course, usb and I2S

What you can try is to reinstall the firmware.
If this does not fix the problem, then it is more likely to be of a physical nature.
But simply replacing capacitors or film caps on suspicion is just as ineffective.
It would be better in professional hands.
As it is not certain that these components can be affected at the output.
A defective chip can be just as much a cause as an opamp.

Unless you are comfortable working on electronics, I would suggest that you contact gustard. If you open the case, there are static sensitive parts that you could harm if you dont have proper esd grounding. Save yourself more headache and just send it in.
