Just another question. Can the both the outputs of the Leo clocked be used? I saw most of you disabling one output. I am thinking if i would be adding a streamer in the near future that can also benefit from an external clock.
It is difficult to sell stuff here.

Hey, i have read somewhere that if you want to use both outputs of the Leo Bodnar GPS clock, then output 1 and output 2 must be configured differently. As a guide i'm using this picture (except that i'm using Output 2 instead of 1).

Is there someone who has using both outputs from the clock? In my current system there is R26 + U18 and maybe someone knows if there be an upgrade if using both clock's outputs - one to connect U18 and one to connect R26? Also, can you share your opinions what configuration of settings/inputs/outputs sounds best to you?

This is the one those of us here have used very successfuly:

Precision GPS Reference Clock

I just saw a YouTube review where the reviewer found little improvement using fiber converted LAN, but a clear improvement using a relatively cheap no-name 10MHz clock, which got me thinking about trying out a clock like the one you refer to.

What sonic benefits am I supposed to hear with a possibly better clock?
Better resolution in general, better treble quality, both, or something else?

All you have writen is true but to me there is another huge benefit from using an external clock - the soundstage. There is more life in it after connecting a clock, is like the clock added some additional layer to the soundstage's depth and now all seems more natural, more from 2D "Wall of sound" to a more real 3D picture.

I just found an interesting comment regarding femto vs pico clocks:
"... the old clock had random low frequency jitter. The other does not. This has nothing to do with whether the clock is accurate to femto or picoseconds."
So, what Amir at ASR seems to say is that a "picosecond clock" or a "femtosecond clock" doesn't say whether one is audibly better than the other.

I had this moment of 2D to 3D when i changed my final interconnect to the one made by my custom builder, from the ali express nordost gold 2. Hopefully the clock will improve it further. I am still thinking should i get the lhy ock2s....since jake also has it..😅

The newer version

I have started using ebay clone Nordost Silver plated/ air insulated wire strands from Valhalla speaker cable for interconnects.

How do you find the cables? I find the nordost gold not too bad. A bit sibilant on the highs and less 3D on the soundstage when compare to the one made by my local custom builder.

What are those RCA plugs? I don’t recognize them.
I am not sure either. I was told that it was silver. My custom builder did asked if I prefer gold, silver or rhodium. Thats the only clue i have in the below picture.

I have some highend Cardas RCA connectors where the outermost part actually screws on from the front after all of the soldering is done that look similar. I have most recentlt started using ebay low mass (plastic) RCA connectors.

But all of my equipment is XLR now which have inherently low mass contacts so I just use the Neutrik connectors with strands of this wire. Since I am DIY I can make them as short as possible at 0.3 meters for my desk top stack.

` You can use both outputs and set each to a different setting if you wish

What is the OCK-2S? HAven't seen that anywhere except your aliexpress link. Even the manufacturer website doesn't list a OCK-2S?
I have the LHY OCK-2 and am very happy with it, just wondering if this is a real product or not?
