The main focus of good audio quality, is being able to hear it from a fair objective perception. Placebo may interfere, and thats ok and fine. If I tell you guys that I hear the improvement, it does not matter what everybody else thinks. However I also think that its totally fine to be critical against the opinion. As long as we keep it to the main intention, enjoying good music, breaking the limits of the sound in the setup/chain.

I haven’t been in this hobby for very long however I have been to audio shows here in North America Poland and Germany. I have met a lot of interesting people and have cultivated friendships with like minded individuals. For the most part everyone that I have met are joyful never negative lashing out at others because of something they said . I suppose there is a small fringe group of people that get triggered easily over small matters however for the most part all around this hobby is fun at times thought provoking and from time to time little surprises .

Correct buy that kit and a cable and you are good to go.

1. It’s a fiber optic cable.
2. It’s all still in the digital domain. It’s not in the analogue domain until it hits the dac.
3. Jitter is the variation in time delay between when a signal is transmitted and when it's received over a network connection.

That fiber eliminates network noise and is immune to emi/rfi? That jitter is present in digital networks?

I hope it works out for you cobra, this is probably the best bang-for-buck tweak I’ve seen in my system, other stuff like tube rolls and cap rolls are great, but this is foundational and changes the incoming signal before it ever sees all those wires, plugs, transformers, etc. I’ve never seen anything other than glowing reports so far. Consensus is important, there are ways to measure that don’t require lab equipment.

I was thinking about trying an "audiophile grade" fuse, but they're expensive af.. Lol. I do have the "upgraded" Gustard 3.15a fuse. Don't know that the juice is worth the squeeze here. But I'm hopeful about the fiber Ethernet!

Look into Acme Labs fuses, they’re $20 and have a lot of fans. Revolution sells them.

Mine were 5.5mm x 2.5mm.
You’ll need 2 cables @m-i-c-k-e-y. Usb to whatever size barrel connector.

These units are light and small.
I mounted them will double sided tape to the side of my media cabinet.
