I agree, for Classic Rock there is none better than

Into the Fire: Harry Nilsson on Nilsson Scmilsson (1971)

Great song, drum solo around 4:00 and teeth rattleing bass at 4:45

For testing the power of the bass I would recommend Swing My Door by Gucci Mane, although you might want something more refined to test and flex the bass and see what it can do. But Swing My Door is has very hard bass and it can give you a good idea of how your headphones will perform

Sorry for making a Lazarus out of this thread, but I quite like to test sub bass on Fire Hive by Knife Party and texture on Thunder by W&W.

Dubstep tracks have a lot of sub-bass, the genre usually have different levels of bass.

For the classical listener:

Schubert's 8th (Unfinished) Symphony has lots of soft, bottom-register playing by the double basses.  You need cans with good bass extension to pull it off well.

The super low 7hz note in this song is audible on my modded T50rp, well maybe not audible, but I can definitely feel the pressure when it hits.

Maybe it's your source? Maybe your source drops the bass off below 20hz. My source was a youtube video on my laptop usb out to my E17. I definitely felt the presence of the low note. I remember the song from back in my car audio days.

I definitely didn't feel any pressure with the mad-dogs on the super low bass notes of bass I love you.  You must have some magically modded T50RPs.  Start selling them.
