To clarify, the adapter remains attached to the APP (left) and the eartip (right) stays in my ear.

No it's not like a bud, it has a rubber tip. The tip is just really proprietary in design so there are no third party tips available right now.So I'm guessing they have more the traditional buds sound rather than an IEM?
I just lost my liberty 4 nc case on the bus and have been trying out the earfun 4s (good for the price but returning bc wind noise is painfully loud with these on).Hey... public service announcement of sorts: Be sure to double check your seat when you're leaving an uber/lyft car at night. I left my lg fp9 case behind. grrrr.
earlier in the week, i lost my jbl live beam 3's... arghhhhh. they arent good enough for me to replace, i won't miss them too much -- though the bass was easily some of the best I've ever heard in a TWS, phenomenal speed and response.
*sigh*
well, the good news is, i guess i need a pair of samsung buds pro 3's? right?
They will. Even on a less than hi res source I am hearing much more detail over my previous buds.Did some testing on the GB3P switching between SSC and AAC. Using the song Thick as a Brick by Jethro Tull right around the 5:03 mark of the song there is a bass drop with some kind of percussive cymbal. The change to AAC loses some bass depth and texture and the cymbals loses some of the decay, sounding slightly less like a cymbal.
Just some small differences between what a Samsung user with at least standard SSC hears versus someone having to use AAC. Enough to say these are only good for Samsung? Not in my opinion and I will confirm by testing the same song at the best codec I can use with Elite 10 and WF-1000XM5 as comparisons when I have some time.
If the UHQ allows even more detail and texture I will be very happy.
Thanks for the feedback. One other question, what are like running with? Suitable for that, or..?No it's not like a bud, it has a rubber tip. The tip is just really proprietary in design so there are no third party tips available right now.
Regarding sound they are very much like most TWS with traditional or mostly traditional tips. Nothing like models that don't have a tip such as the original Airpods and several new TWS that don't have a tip.
The tip is a shallow fit though, so in comparison to actual IEMs these are not like them if your used to a deep insertion tip.
I think I could comfortably jog and do gym exercises. BUT, I am a 60 year old dude, so nothing is VIGOROUS, just jogging, walking and no intense workouts. Thanks for the feedback. One other question, what are like running with? Suitable for that, or..?
Will need to go to a Samsung store & try them on.
I asked a similar question regarding the Eletech Baroque tips for Apple AirPods Pro and although they look similarly designed, two of the users in that thread said they do not have issues with the tips becoming detached. To clarify, the adapter remains attached to the APP (left) and the eartip (right) stays in my ear.

LDAC would be nice.Picked up the Sony planar magnetic Pulse Explorer’s and was disappointed at first. Then I realized I was wearing them in the correct ear, but backwards…. Once corrected, holy moly, planar heaven.. They are simply the best I have. I’ve set them up on my Sony dap with android and built in hardware EQ. These are AAC and SBC only. Sony bought Audeze and that’s where they source the driver, I’m sure all electronics are Sony. These are better than my isine 20’s, which makes sense, as they’re optimized for the internal amp/channel. I’ll check them out on Apple later, but for now, re-listening to lots of tunes..![]()
Is there much difference between the modes ?The EarFun App just got updated and there is a new FW for the EarFun Air Pro 4 claiming "some fixes" and "adds Transparency" I thought they had that unless not the same as Ambient.
I cannot remember if they had this before but Ambient now has 2 modes, Default and Natural.
