Not sure what the problem is....I wasn't really aware there was one.Anyway
I guess the problem is not in the dongle itself, but in the receiving units. Maybe they can fix it with a firmware update.

I once heard a guy farted and threw out his back. So there’s that.
True Story:
Last night, I helped my wife fit the MTW4s. Tip rolled, played with EQ, ANC, etc. After all was set, about 5 minutes went by and she said "You know, I don't hear any difference with the noise canceling settings. Whatever you're adjusting is not working." I was staring at her phone trying to figure it out, pushing, checking....when she said: "I guess I need to have both buds in my ear not just one for the noise canceling to work"

Keep in mind Bluetooth 5.0 is a very recent thing, and not every device has LDAC native, iPhones aside. Older devices may not have the low latency to support lossless. Either way the dongle is a thoughtful inclusion with that fact in mind.Pretty sure most Android phones from at least 2016 had LDAC (dependant on the model/tier and Android version), I had the last Motorola built phone the Moto X (Gen2) now it is Lenovo built and IMO not the same quality.
Definitely a flaw, even though they are attached to the shell and cannot slide down a nozzle. They probably are cheap plastic.I would say it is a flaw not user error, never ever ripped any SpinFit or AZLA ear tips and still have them all after years.
Anyone here fell fowl to Samsung's "Ear-Tip-Gate" yet?
All over reddit but here is another source: https://www.theverge.com/2024/7/17/24200422/samsung-galaxy-buds-3-pro-ear-tips-breaking-ripping
