Just received my ZX1 PNK. Impression incoming.
I need to keep telling myself that I really do not need another set of TE ZX1 ..

and then I check and sure enough, first time I see the PNK version on e-earphone ... yikes ...

Oh boy I ordered zx-1 te when it was still available on indiegogo and i have been waiting since to see a shipment , they told me today it will be ship end of the May , if I knew this i would just order from aviot directly , if you don’t mind me asking how long did you wait for this ? They look better then the red one did anyone mentioned before how they differ from te -zx1 ?
Sorry looks like I typed double
I was able to see both versions at a store in Hong Kong but only auditioned the PNK as the store clerks told me it was latest tuning, by Pierre Nakano (hence PNK). More information is available here.

Darn those look nice! I can see why some ZX1 people are doubling down. About the battery, the funny thing is I seem to need to charge the case much more often than other TWS. I do long sessions so they suck up a lot of juice. Case seems to last maybe 2.5 charges.
I purchased my TE-ZX1 while travelling in Asia in part so I could enjoy them on my 14 hour flight home to SF. 1st photo below is with my trusty HiBy RS6.

Using LDAC, I did get 6-7 hours on 1st charge, only quirk was that one earpiece depleted a bit faster than the other as reported by Sound.me app. As for case, your estimate of 2.5 charges is fully consistent w/specs (2nd photo below) which state 8 hours for the TWS and 20 hours using case...2.5 x 8 = 20!!! Truth in advertsing, how refreshing. :smile_phones:

So, here is my early impression of Aviot TE-ZX1 PNK:
- Fit is very good for my ears, very comfortable despite having a pretty chunky body.
- The case feels nice. The plastic feels premium.
- The sound is really good. Bass is quite detailed and textured. It has planar type bass which is fast, clean, punchy but has slam too, although not as hard as DD.
- Mid is a bit laid back, but vocal is clear and detailed.
- Treble has that splashy sound to it especially cymbals. I haven't experienced any sibilance yet.
- Connection has been solid to my Creative BT-W5 using SBC.

As before a very prompt reply from AVIOT.
I have been able to contact them 3 different ways.

And I’m happy to hear Sound Me working for LoryWiv on your RS6 with Android 9.

SBC? :confounded: That's not the way to treat an expensive and "high-end" TWS?
I see now that the Aviots have "only" LDAC, AAC and SBC... so not for me, my iPhone and BT-W5 then...
I thought Iphone can only do AAC? For LDAC, I don't really care much about it, too much power consumption and latency kinda sucks. I would prefer to have AptX Adaptive, but the SBC now is pretty good.
If you want to have all codec, the Noble Triumph iirc has all of them (AptX adaptive, LDAC, etc).

Could you please tell me what ear tips you have on your Aviots? Thanks!

Nope, we know they have a new model... :) . Just waiting to see who tries them first... LOL
Yep, they might be overpriced at $199. They did cut battery by a couple hours, only aptX, and the cheaper feel that was mentioned. Did they hurt the sound even more aside from lower codecs and how is the mics/ANC quality? Have to see how they are reported to be. Maybe a better value than their top dogs or maybe a little too much compromise.

Why not use on your PC via LDAC or Tweaked SBC via the Alt AD2P driver?
I am using LDAC on my phone. SBC works perfectly fine on my PC. I have downloaded the Alt A2DP, we'll see how it goes.
