Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Very good sound, near the FW5 (both have triple drivers) but bit more bass heavy, I use with no EQ.

ANC is just OK, battery very good even with LDAC locked to 16/44.1.

Case is basic with no Wireless charging, and App is poor and no LED's on earbuds so not sure how you tell the charge level from inside the case.
Thank you! I can get then $112 which seamed pretty reasonable. oK ANC is fine and wireless charging is fine. The charge leds os a pain but can be lived with.

Saying they sound almost as good as the FW5 is a big plus and I kinda like bass. So they do sound like a good deal.

Reviewers complain about size and ergonomics. Have you had any issues in that regard?

They are same kind of shape as the Mini series which is like 2 balls stuck together and give many users a poor fit even with smaller ears and do not fit my ears no matter what I tried but the Opera are far larger, so they fit me well using AZLA Crystals Standard (non TWS).

Bass not too heavy IMO, I think it's more punchy now. Sound is very balanced I think, with more crispy highs/details without being close to sibilant. I like it! :)
They just released version 6A301 this afternoon. Sounds really nice in my opinion. Agree, bass is punchy. Doesn’t seem to bleed. On its own it’s really nice…compared to the APP1 it’s like night and day with presence of lower register

How do you force a software update on these?

I don't think you really can. I took mine out of the case, connected and then put back in the case. 20 mins later the firmware was updated.
