Probably Angel by massive attack, that would be the end of the world as we know it lol
EDM does sound awsome on HD800s and I listen to the exact level of bass th900 produces with oratory1990 EQ.You like edm with no bass?

I wasn't sure what thread to put this in but this one seems good as any. I did a video about Lawton mods (with a TH-900 base) on my new YouTube channel:
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
I see that you also own a radiance, how do you think it compares to the th900?

Been awhile since I compared the 2 directly so this will be quick and dirty...Also because of the circumstances surrounding how I acquired the TH-900, I never got to hear it stock, and only heard it with these Lawton Purplheart chambers...just keep that in mind. Signatures are warm and bassy for Radiance and V-Shaped for 900. I think there are similar levels of bass and subbass presence and both have lots of slam and overall physicality. The 900 has much more treble presence with more air and sparkle. I think the Radiance has more natural mid-range timbre more often...BUT...the TH900 has both a lower floor and higher ceiling on its performance than the Radiance because it is more source-chain sensitive. The Radiance sounds quite good on just about everything you plug it into. It does scale and become more resolving, etc. with higher quality source gear, but the range between its performance floor and ceiling is smaller than TH900. The TH900, particularly in the treble, but also in the mids, can get very sharp and shrill up top and shouty/too-aggressive in the mids depending on source chain. However... take care to pair it well and you'll hear a significant advantage in resolution and overall technicalities on the TH-900 (again with Lawton chambers) over the Radiance.I see that you also own a radiance, how do you think it compares to the th900?
I'd have to go back and do some more testing to remember differences in spatial presentation and such, but those are the things that stand out from memory. Hope it's helpful!
Thanks, It does help a lot. I try to collect headphones that bring a different presentation to my music

Out of interest, why do you own so many TH900s?
