For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Just finished listening to the Beyerdynamic T1.2.
Amp was an Asgard 3.

Music was Before and After Science, (Brian Eno), still presents
so well (including SQ).
Man, he was on such a roll when he recorded it - directly after
leaving Roxy Music - In addition to this great album, he recorded
Here Come the Warm Jets, Another Green World, and Taking Tiger Mountain
by Strategy.

4 kick ass albums in a row whose influence is still felt today.

Man I thought I was too cool for glam/hair metal until very recently. Glad to have come around to a lot of it

There is a wiiiiiiide swath of glam that is unlistenable, but then you got the Motley Crues and Skid Rows etc of the world, that have some genuinely rocking tunes…. It may bruise your ego a bit, I know it does mine 🤣, but good music is good music even if it makes you feel a little insecure in your badassness 🤣

It will be a Fad again one day.
Eventually everything comes back around 😃. As for now I'll listen to it with my closed back HP's so nobody hears. 😉

Sorry man, it's just a graphic. She doesn't really exist

Which of course reminds me of a humorous story. I hang out on a lot of forums due to so many fringe interests I have. One guy's avatar was some smokin' hot chick but the picture looked like it wasn't from the web. So I finally asked him, hey is that avatar your girlfriend? He didn't answer me but the next thing you know the avatar was replaced by some graphic relevant to the forum :D

Well she most likely does, but we can assume pretty safely she doesn’t look like she did 32 years ago. I know I sure don’t 🤣

In keeping with the glam theme, while Aerosmith is not a glam band (certainly glam adjacent though) , Ive always understood this track to be a massive piss take (making fun of) on the glam scene in general.

Also, I unearthed from the depths of “stuff I never unpacked in the closet” this Audiolabs M-DAC mini I had all but forgotten about. It’s nothing summit fi or groundbreaking but enables a ‘couchFi’ / ‘bedFi’ setup with the 4z. Has the 4z sounded better? Sure, but not by leaps and bounds. Runs on batteries or mains. Easy connection for iDevices without a special connector. More than enough power for efficient cans and the DAC is as good as you need for relaxing and not trying to listen-your-music-to-death. So, yet another listening station for me!
