For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Adding a balanced tube pre to my chain has been a game changer. The Schiit Freya+ is creating magic with both my OTL Valhalla 2 and my solid state Ferrum OOR. The tubes add some sweetness and fattens up the sound with even more natural tonality, realism and an outstanding holographic soundstage.

iMac > Qobuz > Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE > Schiit Freya+ Tube Pre > Schiit Valhalla 2 OTL > Focal Clear OG

Koss ESP/950 using the original energizer.

PC USB source, Topping D90 MQA DAC, A90 amp (in preamp mode) in to the E90, to the ESP/950.

Qobuz > roon > Schiit Modi Multibit > Schiit Asgard 3 > Grado RS-1x :L3000:

RoonShareImage-638472970583374828.png

2 (2011) by Black Country Communion - Featuring the talents of Joe Bonamassa (guitar and vocals), Glenn Hughes (bass and vocals), Jason Bonham (drums) and Derek Sherinian (keyboards). It's a solid rock album along the lines of mid/late era Led Zeppelin, which seems appropriate with Jason on the sticks. I'm looking forward to June 14th when their 5th album will be released, I already have it saved in roon/Qobuz. Joe seems to enjoy being in a band rather than being the main man, he takes the lead vocals on a couple of the tracks but his guitar playing is the real star of the show and the Grados really make the most of the sound.

Haven't heard anything from Hugo in a while, but it's fantastic to get back to his music :)
