!00% correct. Tis happened to me after I dropped a package off at USPS! I went home to give the buyer the trackin# and it kept saying "label created waiting for package"?
I waited a few days and no updates on the movement of the package, so I went to USPS where I dropped it off and they said that it won't scan until it reaches its destination distribution center (which I've never experienced, ever) so I was certain someone stole the package. Sure enough , though, the tracking registered when it arrived at it destination distribution center and from there on I was provided updates right up to the delivery.

I really, really hope this is what will happen with my Arche. Thanks for giving me some hope.

A dealer called Accessories4Less is selling Focal refurbished headphones at big discounts. They have the Utopia for $2199, "Focal Factory Refurbished" with a one-year warranty. Do people think this is a real thing, or should prospective buyers run away in fear?

Who is providing the warranty service? Focal or A4L?

IMO, given that a new unit can be bought through authorized dealers for under $3k, i wouldn’t find enough savings in the refurb to take the risk.

Call authorized dealers and ask for their best price. They can’t advertise anything under MSRP unless it’s a factory authorized sale, but many will discount heavily

FYI Utopia's price on Amazon is stable at MSRP for several months now. It used to change a lot.
