Focal Utopia 2022 Review, Measurements

The OG Utopia is so popular because it is the best headphone in the world by far. It is the only headphone that after mixing & mastering translates 100% to all my speakers and other headphones and sounds “professional / commercial”. None of the other headphones I tried is able to do this.

I know there are many people on head-fi that don’t like the sound of the OG Utopia, but it’s actually super accurate on the Chord Dave with high-end cables and you will hear everything that is wrong in the mix. I should actually upgrade my studio monitors as the OG Utopia is better at showing all the problems.

by far huh?...you might want to add in your opinion because I owned it twice and liked it but didnt think it played in the same ballpark as the susvara,abyss TC or sr1a...but that is in my opinion!

1st sentence is subjective, but when it comes to accuracy, its one of the most accurate and a lot more accurate than those 3.

Rather, the transducer of the French.... is the only one of its kind to date that is not only capable of moving air masses with his excursion, but also of displaying the performance accurately and quickly

PS.Let's see which manufacturer will be able to catch up and keep up in 2023....and recognizes that will not work without high excursion

PS.without clipping or distortion ...and I know all the models that can not do this by far to this extent as the Utopia 2022
(And as mentioned before....no analog stationary amp needed anymore )

Here is another example....a track from France...the transducer must not only be able to move air..but also to the point and quickly at the beginnig of this Song
(For me the Expanse from DCA failed because of that in Comparison)

I know many think yes he is a Focal fanboy......
There is one point of criticism for the proclaimed price

What I personally would have expected from this flagship of Focal...
I would have been happy about another headband construct that allows us easily replace the leather headband itself
Because the most beautiful model is still the one that after years of enjoyment still looks the same as on the first day
