Yes, let us say from 0 to 10, AK240 is 0, but sounds bad with it, Mojo is 3/4 and LPG is 6. 10 would be a cat hissing in your ear. I could still enjoy it, but music like folk with many quiet passages what difficult.

Have you tried the ifi audio iem match? Heard that it solves hiss problems

It does, and has the added benefit of increasing dynamics and punch.

There's also always using a brighter cable to counteract that too.

Which also does make things significantly more complicated and tedious too...
