Are there any news or rumors about better cable from Flare?

Rumors, yes, but that's all we have. Back in August there was some chatter on facetube about a balanced cable. Still waiting for it...

I asked the builder to add transparent heatshrink on the twisted cable, however he didn't twist the cable nor add heatshrink on the part that enters the earpiece so the size is just right.

About $120, though the bulk of the cost came from the full silver cable and the two viablue jacks. Totally worth it though, and I'm actually selling most of my other gears locally now.

how is the sound differrent from regular trs cable? how does balanced improve? there is also silver in it, is it silver plated or pure silver? and how does silver improve sound in general? thanks

Can't really tell you in detail as I haven't heard the normal TRS one for months now, I believe that the overall clarity, especially female vocal, is even better (without sacrificing other frequency such as the bass like when I tried to fiddle with the caps), and the dual mono thing with mojo really really improves the soundstage. True balanced connection should sound even better but I'm settling with mojo as the thing fits my need to a T.

I can't get over how utterly gorgeous piano sounds on these things. The only complaint I have now is that these are killing my productivity lol... must resist, to listen.... For now.

I got my R2A black back from Flare Audio returns department. They processed my pair in JUST few days, changed the cable for "no scuff/ with mic" version, and I am now in heaven Thank you Flare for prompt resolution of my problem. 5/5

I have spent 2 weeks with Pros, listening from smartphone, while waiting for Mojo to arrive. They are interesting but I expect much more with Mojo to justify pricetag.

Okay this cable business has to stop I have just seen the pics getting the Mojo as a back up and now I want the cable done please someone give me an email address now lol.

Yeah. They dont sound spectacural directly from smartphone, but amplification shoud help.
