My apologies for starting another thread on the same player but the reason why I'm doing this is because the 52 pages are a LOT to delve into to reach a conclusion because besides SQ there's talk about so many other issues. I need to know from the PRO's here: Is it superior in sound quality? Based on your answer, I will make a purchase. The players I use are Sony NWZ-A829/Cowon D2. IEM-wise, I have UE Custom 11/Sens IE8
