I was just randomly browsing the FAD website when I noticed that they recently introduced a new 'Heaven C' model... a simple Head-Fi search didn't yield any results; does anyone have any information regarding it, especially compared to the SS, SB, and A1?

My non-existent Japanese language ability tells me that it's selling under $300 USD, with most online prices around $260 USD. From appearances, it looks like a chromed version of the A1, though it should have sonic differences.

This is the only review I've been able to find regarding the Heaven C... http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fcrazygeek.blog96.fc2.com%2Fblog-entry-49.html&act=url

Is satisfied

Currently the main EX1000 uses the Sony.
The sound quality of earphones I bought a lot here the results sought to be an overview of sound isolation and are difficult to carry EX1000 I like best in the earphones that are currently available.
I would like to review, comparing it bought a lot of time spent listening repeatedly and thoroughly sac heaven even listen much any other manufacturer.

Design
S in the original design was going to buy. heaven s design is a favorite here is the best is no ordinary earphones nondescript.

The sound quality is later

Fit
I prefer pretty. I think this is a good minute and a light housing than c s. I felt comfortable enough to X10.

Sound insulation
The assignment may have holes. However, from a closed earphone is bad.

Sound leakage
Since the holes naturally leaks. Seems to have been designed so that only very small.

Portability
Is good.

Overall quality
Because it is the most natural sound in the earphones of BA chose the FAD is not the first manufacturer other.
Personally, BA a closed earphones I think there is a limit in the range of structural dynamics. It feels like it takes the limiter just before you go to hell vertex lively music. When I feel there is a slight tendency ish limiter Miles Miles the Monster will be the way I have. So maybe rather than BA's trend may be closed. The product is said to be higher-end models (like the Shure W4 Toka Toka UE) FAD but this will feel unnatural, even in the performance even more direct insertion may sound isolation and portability and was very natural break I decided to FAD can be felt.
I often order a s → c → a tendency in many ways but then the SAC.
I turn soft but the softness of the sound of the first sca. I think that the order of the thickness of the sound sca hot order.
The amount of sound is a very rich sound c and s, s is the impression than dry. I felt rich bass c. I think a strong high order of a c s. Mid to upscale feel that s.
S personal impression is that I think has a little color-coded sound playing and singing sound. The soft sound anyway. Attractive mid-range sound and felt fine. You feel good acoustic songs Toka Toka jazz classic small organization.
image was a little hard. BA felt most ish sound. You might stick a little high. There was also a sense of sparkling sound appealing but that statement. Fits such as J-Pop.
c is the impression was that the middle rather than cream skimming. I let it tick monitor to sound calm the sound of s. I think generally agnostic tone may be preferred because most songs sound more thick of s. C, however, is great in that it combines light and delicate. Nevertheless I get to the low single-BA also has supernatural (in the rather large amount of nature), it was decisive. Was upset because the sound has changed it s I wanted to design.
Model is not lower but higher-end models these three models. Felt that quality change. The price difference is a difference in the material. s is not necessarily good kishimen different aspects such as the cable is also important Iezu happy thought of shopping and decided to listen more and think I think the upper and lower affinity.

The song will sound while approaching 聞Ki込Mima****a EX1000. The great advantage that directly inserted later.
I also have about this c er4s very high resolution (greater than s and hear a. in fact does not change so) may feel further more ER4.
Very good part is that so-called sound than what is said. The nature of the BA-type sound in this area might be a way unmatched by any other. This is confusing part for me is very important this is natural. But this is natural I think that in the few high-quality earphones is said and not make things that never knew the thrill of live music.
Became a fan of FAD.評Shimasu sense of history and belief in making things better for the developer's aesthetic.

Really doubt there's a difference between the A1 and SA (Heaven C). Almost certain the SB and A1 use the same driver, but have housing differences. I think the SA is the A1 with better build quality since that was lacking on it.

That translation seems to be only comparing it to the SB.

I've only heard the SB, from what I heard and read, I'm more interested in the A1 and SA, I hope the SA has different sound than the A1, even if it is just due to a different housing material, did someone say chrome? I can't find much information.

The SA is aluminum like the A1, that's why I really doubt there's a difference. The SA's shell is chrome platted for better durability but doubt that will change aluminum acoustically.

I'll put the FADs on par with the Ortofons, but I think the Ortofons are more versatile and natural. The FADs are more in your face and impressive at first. Also, FADs work better at low volume levels and Ortofons in louder environments.

I have a feeling these are just the A1s with improved build quality. Looking forward to your impressions nevertheless.

Ok, the FI-BA-SA (aka heaven c) are in my ears, and first impressions confirm your suspicion. They sound eerily close to the A1 with maybe a tad hotter highs and more sibilance. That said, I've yet to chop up some hybrids and they'll calm treble down a bit, so I'm pretty sure the difference in sound between these and how I remember the A1 will be negligible in the end.

Regarding build quality, I don't think there's any improvement apart from the chrome plating, the cable seems to be the same (or at least very similar). Considering these cost 21.500 yen ($275 / €205) on Amazon.jp vs. 16.000 yen ($205 / €150) for the A1, I feel confident even at this early stage to recommend the older A1 over the newer SA, due to their better performance/price ratio.

I'll do a short A/B with the e-Q5/7 later this week (which will be quite interesting, since I came to prefer the A1 ever so slightly over both) and then pass them on to dfkt.

I demoed the Heaven C last Saturday, by far the best (or should I say 'most agreeable' ) of the FAD's IEM I have heard so far (out of Heaven A and FI-BA-SS). The cable however still sucks. Also demoed Piano Forte IX and X-CC as well, very nice sounding earbuds but I won't pay that kind of price for it. Probably not even at 50% discount.
