That is my question to !

The answer is quite simple. It's a big, complicated update and it took quite a few revisions to get everything ironed out.

you dont think the x7 is thick? i do. i'd gladly pay another $100 if they could make it as thick as a modern smartphone.

I would gladly pay 100 $ less for it being thicker and with bigger battery.

I guess that it varies with everyone's needs.

just curious - how do you carry around a phone a wallet and an x1? i just don't have room in my pockets without it being uncomfortable. i don't wear my wallet in my rear pockets.

I have a Mac, but I am not seeing any function for DAC functionality. There's only the usual USB storage option. How do I get it to work?

OK. This might not be the best place to state this, but unless it is really needed, I do not keep anything but my smartphone in my pockets. And even my smartphone sometimes ends up in my jacked pockets.

DAPs? I have a side bag for them. Much more comfortable, especially as both of my headphones Ultrasone dj one pro and Sennheiser IE800 would rather be un-comfortable to be put in pockets due to pretty short cables.

Pull down the notification area on the right side to get access to quick settings and then click the storage icon, it should change to DAC.

Which DNLA server are you all using?.  I have a Netgear Readynas 104 and with its build in DNLA service it takes forever to load my Music collection on the nas but eventually shows no files but only Folders, Artist names, Albums but no selectable music files.

It is a little bulky. I just got the literal visual of DAPs trying to have babies...
