Fiio I hope you guys include audio enhancer this time with the final framework build of x7. Not all ppl want it but there is a good number of audio lovers who will love this.

Which IEM do you guys recommend for our DAP?

I've tried the recently revered Ibasso IT03 but synergy with the x7 is not even on the average.

I'm looking for a triple driver IEM with a price nothing her than 300USD regardless if preowned or brand new.

My sound sig is neutral to a tad bit bright. X7 is currently on am1.

Finally, what's the sound sig of the x7 less the module?

Fidue A83 are nice and you can get balanced cables for them if you have the AM3

Why is that? Have you compared it03 with other DAP?

Yup. Compared to the Teac DAP, IT03 was heaven with the Teac.

With the x7, the IT03 lost its sparkle and the highs were lacking. Moreover, the bass was overpowering as well.

I'm currently using the 1more triple drivers for my x7 and would want to get new ones that would give me the same sparkle the Teac + IT03 showed me the other night.

The following changes and improvements have been made to FW3.0.11_beta compared to FW3.0.10_beta:
 
1. Fixed issue of short battery life with standby or playing;
2. Fixed issue where FiiO Music might not remember the last track list that's played before exiting, or might exit abnormally when resume playing the remembered list;
3. Fixed issue where some tracks with embedded CUE sheet cannot be played;
4. Fixed issue where some tracks could not be found when scanning for media;
5. Fixed issue where the album art was displayed incorrectly when skipping tracks in Random mode;
6. Fixed issue where the pull-down notification center would collide with the widgets;
7. Improved the media search function;
8. Improved the DLNA function;
9. Reopened the Off Timer function in FiiO Music;
10. Change the default theme to the new Black theme.

First of all i like very much X7  but i need help with browsing Music.
 
I am used to on all mp3 players to click on Artist tab, then all albums of this artist show up, then i click on the album INSIDE artist and song list show up.
 
From what i seen on X7 is  <Artist<song  
 What i want is <Artist<album<song
 
Because i always look for Music under Artist tab, then get all Albums displayed under there.
 
Is this possible on X7 default Music player?
I have it like this on Cowon Plenue D
 
I want everything to be under the Artist tab

Upgrade to latest firmware. Now albums show by default under artist (although you can change to tracks if you want)

Hi,

These are my quick observations on the newest soft I encountered.

- I just updated to 3.0.11 and I think that scanning songs became faster than yesterday when I first updated to 3.0.10.
- Also when in Pure Music mode I want to turn off X7 I still got message about exceptions that will occur. Fiio music stops abnormally I think, judging from this message and then X7 stops normally, I cleared Fiio music data in Applications menu.
- Also what is a huge improvement is that X7 won't behave like small portable hand warmer like on previous soft . Its normally warm like on 2.0, not too warm like on 3.0.11.
- Also I think that battery again behaves normally.
- I checked DLNA as I got myself nice Synology station last week. Right now scanning for DLNA compatible devices is much quicker and also I don' need to activate it myself. At least I hadn't to.
- Also [next] and [previous] buttons are working, and I think that on previous version I couldn't make them work. Now, I don't really know if this feature should be working on DLNA. Sorry if I will blabber about something you all know. I mean, I can't move progress bar at all from current time to the middle of song. But like I said I don't know if it's even possible for DLNA.
- There is also funny thing about streaming from DLNA. When I see songs (files) collected in Synology I can see their album cover miniatures. But playing these files won't display cover art like when playing from internal or SD. I must say that all my files have cover art embedded within the files.
- Black theme looks... different. Just need to get used to colorful circles...
- Also I haven't heard change of sound signature of new soft compared to the 2.0. Maybe my ears are not just good as ears of some of you.
- In-line remote of Meze 99 Classic still don't work. But I don't care about this feature to be honest.
- DAC feature, which I'm using much more often these days is great, I think no lag at all. But again I didn't really try to check that. When playing Diablo, or YT it's working flawlessly.

Overall, I need to check it further, because on 3.0.10, X7 got a little crazy sometimes not responding to my commands, playing what he wanted and when he wanted. Only restart helped in that matter. On this soft, I don't know.

2963 tracks of FLAC and DSD scanned completely in 1 minute and 25 seconds. 
 
Using a 128gb SanDisc 80x speed micro sd card.
 
Some tracks are still not showing album art. Perhaps its the jpeg file I've used. Am I missing anything?
