Just updated my firmware... works pretty good.. thanks...

question... will be X5 support DSD128 in the future...  seems to be playing DSD64 fine with the update...

not, DSD64 already make the system run slow.

Some change to the previewer guidelines with regard to shipping in the first page. Please send the X5 as a registered package but there is no need to insure it (as insuring at the full price of the X5 will lead to high customs charges and not insuring at the full price would defeat the point of insurance).

Arly here checking in. The X5 is now in my possession and I'm loading files onto my SDCard as I type this. My 10 day trial official has started.

Do you know if the Westone-style CIEM cable is compatible with recessed sockets on a Unique Melody product?

Do you know if the Westone-style CIEM cable is compatible with recessed sockets on a Unique Melody product?

I am using stock westone cables on a UM CIEM so I should think the answer is yes :)

Totally off topic plug for one of my CIEMs :D

Is 128gb already available on X5? Or we still have to wait for the upcoming fw updates? Joe Bloggs

128GB available with any X5 firmware, or the X3 for that matter. :)

Thanks, Joe - any thoughts on the Fiio cable versus stock? PM me if you like so we don't derail too much.

Cheers,

Thanks.. Joe Bloggsbtw, Im still experiencing track with no sound for the first 1-2sec while playing a first track right after turning on my x5 and thats a constant issue until now fw1.23 for me. Is it just me? :frowning2:

Nope...me too. Doesn't botched me much (I am usually resuming a song so I don't notice it), but should be fixed.
