Thanks!!

I rerad larger images slowed it down (X5) but later read some folks dropped chinese language and opened some space. Is it alright to use 128px images as I'd like the theme to be based on big  navigation screen images

Reposted the FW2.4 Fragments Blue Dark Mod with some minor UI improvements: LINK

Looks very similar to this but with the background adjusted to dark gray.

Again, much thanks to @AsianInvasion for a fantastic theme to further mod!

Bring it!! (The real one)

 I'm just happy it works.

2 hours of my life were not for nothing. I hate the mishmash icon set but love the contrast on the blue bg.

I could feel the modders getting fed up with folks just taking and asking for more.
I got a computer (no graphic skills) but I'll work on that. I can eventually offer up something. I will always occupy a level below you folks but maybe some people will want retro-noob...and I can help em with that look

A way to simplify making themes, instead of having to use 7 small, and 7 large icons, is to just use one whole image on the screen.

Unpack my "simply straight" theme to see how it's done. (See first post)
Check the following files/directories:

/litegui/theme1/launcher/
/coordinate/launcher.ini (open as text file with notepad or something similair)

Forgot to mention: software like paint dot net is very handy to do this stuff, as you can have layers, so you can just "switch" icons and stuff.

Welcome to the club and have fun!

Man what an epic amount of work. 4 hours zips by and I just made the start screen look like a bassheads smartphone
:deadhorse:

These folks put in a LOT OF WORK!!

Yeah, I'm aware of what's involved. Huge props to all modders!!

I just spent an hour trying to change these and few more folder icons with the techno ones on the main screen and they were 128x128 .png

I tried to resize them to 85 like the files they were replacing and I ended up with white background behind the images.

Can I not resize .png files?

This site will also let you modify PNG files and save their transparency. I used it to modify flowerlandfilms' Aztechno wheel.
