  does anyone here have any experience with OTG usb pen drives? I've ordered a 64 gb otg pen drive (3.0). Wondering if it will work.

I have a meenova and a SP Otg and they don't work. I do have a corsair 256gb slider x flash drive that is loaded with almost 20,000 songs
mostly AAC files formatted NTSF connected to an OTG cable. It is picky about working but it will work. Have  to turn off and on are disconnect and reconnect to get it to
read. Don't know if this is the players fault are the flash drive.

Ha! If I ever get out of the office I'd be all over it. To be honest I barely go cross boarder unless I'm flying to L.A. for business. Yeah exchange rates are bad for consumers but great for business!!

Just spent some more time with the HO on the X5ii and I have to say the more variety of music I hear the more I enjoy it over the original X5.

Good job! Keep talking the x5-2 up. It'll help me justify getting one eventually

 
re. cross-border: I guess it probably doesn't help that you guys have possibly the worst land crossing in NA either

This is a pretty good deal, I bought my 3rd 128GB card for the X5 II first thing this morning, so now I can have another card filled to swap back and forth into the DAP. It seems like no matter how much space you have, you still get to the point in which you need to decide what album stays, and which has to go to make room for another.

That's why Cachicamo posted the link above...that's a sweet price. I bought another one at 5AM this morning, a nice way to start the day. 

I just mentioned it because his link was all German and euros and stuff. Kind of bummed because I bought one on Sunday for $79. Need to see if they'll price match. I did buy 2 more. One for my phone and one for a tablet.
