Probably not. I have the mmcx version with adapters, and I turn them sideways to get the lid shut. Works great like this, but if I were to leave them in their listening or regular position, the lid wouldn’t close. So I would assume, that since you can’t turn the iem sideways in the two pin version, that they wouldn’t fit well in the case. At least you wouldn’t be able to close the case all of the way.please, is it (2pin) compatible with thieaudio monarch mkiii?

The product firmware support is extremely short lived. Now other company products with the same chip have better codec support and less bugs too. Shame...
I would be curious to know what these other products are. I've been on the hunt for a good TWS adapter for ages now...The product firmware support is extremely short lived. Now other company products with the same chip have better codec support and less bugs too. Shame...

Big name brand: ifi Go Pod, you can check their thread, no aptx adaptive/ldac dropoutI would be curious to know what these other products are. I've been on the hunt for a good TWS adapter for ages now...
Small chi-fi mom and pop product: you generally cant find them on the net, but it exists (taobao,...). come with latest chipset, aptx lossless,,.........
The ifi Go Pod is 3 times the price though...Big name brand: ifi Go Pod, you can check their thread, no aptx adaptive/ldac dropout

You get what you pay for (sometimes more so in days gone by)!
I just use aptx wired will always be better anyway.

How can it be aptX (Bluetooth) if wired?
I use atpx not ldac because neither one will be as good as wired

You emitted the comma so I read it as one statement.
aptX Lossless is as good and XPAN make it the exactly the same (though kind of new so probably not ideal yet).

Hey, does anyone know how low latency game mode works?
Does it work with all codecs or just aptX?
And does it noticeably affect sound quality?

Having come to peace with the shortcomings of the UTWS5, I've accepted using them only with aptx until I get a new phone that supports snapdragon sound.
That being said, I am finding the awful 5+2's as an excellent pairing with these. While adding a small bass boost, I ALMOST prefer the sound to my tea pro over wire. Anyways, yeah, lots of things that are a shame with these too..
