We received your mail in our mailbox as well. We have replied your fist questions there.  
 
1.Different users seem to prefer different speed of the wheel. We will try to assess and improve it to provide a suitable speed of the whell for most users.
 
2. We will add the gapless function in later firmware as soon as possible.
 
3. The drive power not only depends on the output impedance of the headphone output but aslo some other features.

EDIT: I cancelled my Shanling M1 order as I decided I can't afford a Chord Mojo to do USB pairing with it anytime soon. The X1 should have better sound out of the box. @FiiO hopefully the FW works ok for me when I get it, will share feedback with you guys.

It's good to know that you guys are recieving feedback from the users, I'd like to say that I enjoy my X1-II a lot and I want to thank you for such a nice product. I'm also looking forward to seeing Gapless playback implemented in the new firmware, as some of my music albums are meant to be played gapless (such as Pink Floyd albums), and faded gapless doesn't help much either.

The below formats and sample rates are currently not supported when output through Bluetooth because of the incompatiblity. 

     AIF: 176kHz - 16bit/24bit or above
    AIFF: 176kHz - 16bit/24bit or above; 88kHz - 32bit or above
    APE：Fast：48kHz - 16bit/24bit or above
               Normal：48kHz - 16bit or above; all sample rates at 24 bit
               High：all sample rates
    Apple Lossless： 64kHz - 16bit or above; 48kHz - 24bit or above; all sample rates at 32bit
    FLAC：64kHz - 16bit/24bit or above
    OGG：64kHz or above
    WAV： all sample rates at 32bit or 64bit
    WMA：64kHz - 16bit/24bit or above

We will try our best to improve the Bluetooth function and make it more compatible in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience this might bring to you.

The Hi-Res icon has been removed since FW 1.3.3 because of stability issues.

I am a happy new owner of the X1II. So far, I have to say that I am really satisfied of my purchase
I have been hesitated between X1 and 2nd gen (the bluetooth was not a must-have for me), and finally decided to go for the serie II, since it was said that there might not be further new firmware release for the 1st gen, although to me an important feature that was still missing..
 
Indeed, I would like to be able to add a song to the now playing list. Since you can browse through the library and the folders while listening a list, it should be doable to have an option when you press the shortcut button to send the song to the now playing list. I do not say it is easy, there maybe Playlist management issue, but seems doable, and it will add so much value to my DAP.
 
I have been happy to discover that there was a strong support and follow up from FiiO team, but I just discovered that the same has been asked for long by users on FiiO forum, and does not seem to have been taken into account...
 
Otherwise, the new firmware works fine to me, just hope to see new features - actually only one - in the future.
