Does this page show:

I didn't get to this dialog, it just froze like this:

I waited again last night for 30 minutes, no change. I tried running as administrator too, still not working.

Please remember to reconnect the Q11 to the computer. And does the product id(0060) keep same as the Q11 shown in the device manager:
This is what shows up on my device manager.

The PID is correct (0060). I tried installing Fiio DAC driver also, did not work.

Dear friend,

Please try this steps instead:

Do not connect Q11 to the computer first.
Open the upgrade tool and select the firmware. Then connect Q11 and power it on. Click on "Write EEPROM" and check whether the page gets stuck or shows an error. If it doesn't get stuck or show an error, unplug and plug in Q11 again and try burning the firmware to see if it enters into burning mode.

If Q11 has entered into burning mode. In burning mode, the ambient light in Q7 will display purple.

Best regards

I just tried the steps as you told. It still stuck after clicking "Write EEPROM".

If Q11 has entered into burning mode. In burning mode, the ambient light in Q7 will display purple.
The ambient light always shows blue.

By the way, I also found a USB composite device with the same vendor and hardware ID as the Q11. Could this be the one used for DFU mode? Maybe there is a special driver to get into DFU mode?

Dear friend,
Please try this tool for updating the firmware.

Does the issue remain?

Best regards

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, it still does not work. I have followed the instruction, changing the Vendor ID to 2972 and Product ID to 0060. I have different error messages tho.

After the 2nd message, the Q11 suddenly got disconnected from the PC, I can't see it in my Device Manager, even though it is still physically connected with USB.

The indicator is purple, but I thought it is for the charging status? After a while it turns blue, which I assumed after the charging finishes.
I have also tried using the included USB A to C, still having the same error. I have tried different USB ports too.

Dear friend,

The engineer asked that whether this dialog shows in both computer when you using the regular update tool?

This RGB ambient light will turn purple when the Q11 enter burning mode:

Yes, this one happens with the regular tool all the time. For the new updater tool you sent earlier, this same error will only come out only sometimes.

I see. Then, in my experience, it has never turned purple at all in my previous attempts with the original updater and the new updater, it's always blue.
