I didn't get to this dialog, it just froze like this:Does this page show:

I waited again last night for 30 minutes, no change. I tried running as administrator too, still not working.
This is what shows up on my device manager.Please remember to reconnect the Q11 to the computer. And does the product id(0060) keep same as the Q11 shown in the device manager:

The PID is correct (0060). I tried installing Fiio DAC driver also, did not work.
