LOL I'd love to have given EX1's with them but that might be a little over my per gift budget but I'll sure tell them where they can pick a pair up

I take that to mean it will use some sort of proprietary playlist format that cannot be updated from a PC.

James, thanks for the photos of the playlist feature.
 
To clarify my original comment: If there is no way to take an m3u playlist on my computer and copy it to the player (even if I must change playlist formats), I can't use the M3.  It's not practical to re-create and update playlists on the M3.  Background: I have one library and dozens playlists on my PC that I push to my HTPC and current Android device.  I would like to push those playlists to the M3 as well.

Asking because I have a buddy coming from USA by start of new year so in case if it is not going to be available on Indian websites, I can ask my buddy from USA to get me one
