I wish I knew of this earlier. I ordered an X1 a few days ago and this looks preferable since it has a better battery. I could probably just get both and use one at work I guess...

Don't worry , we are trying our best to satisfy the order from all our agents. we are going to ship the M3 from the end of this week.  

I hope they will arrive in the US soon. I have heard that some cargo ships might take over a month to get from China to the US.

Is there a thread for the M1? I was very interested in the M3 until I heard about the M1. I want a high quality player to use strictly for running. I use the X3II for the gym and plan to use the X7 for travel.

The M1 is supposedly Fiio's version of the Sansa Clip. It is even smaller than the M3 and supposedly coming out sometime in 2016. I've seen some prototype pictures online. It does not have a screen. That's about all I know about it.

Do you have links to photos of the M1 and M5? I guess many of us will be buying the M1, M3, and M5, and some will buy more than one of each.
 
Any idea about the battery life on the M1? Is it over 15 hours? I would love to see a clip on player with 50+ hours of battery life.

Since Rockbox has halted much of its development, could you add crossfeed support to this, FiiO? That is the only thing holding it back for me.
